If you’re wondering if Starfield is on GeForce Now, we’re going to answer all of the relevant questions.
Starfield is Bethesda’s latest game and will be sure to impress gamers for years – as Skyrim and Fallout have both done since their releases. The game is an action RPG set in the depths of space, which is the first time Bethesda have opened up their settings to the deep expanse. We’ve had a look already what the minimum PC system requirements are going to be for Starfield, so if you think you can’t run the game from your hardware – maybe you can stream it via GeForce Now?
Is Starfield on GeForce Now?
GeForce Now is a game streaming service run by Nvidia. Different server racks powered by the latest RTX graphics cards run games and stream them to thousands of players across the globe. However, there’s a sort of exclusivity to what games run on these streaming services. For example, at the time of writing, there are no Bethesda titles on Nvidia GeForce Now.
Bethesda’s parent company, Microsoft, clearly have allegiance to their own streaming service – Xbox Game Pass. It’s likely that Starfield will be first available on Xbox Game Pass. However, a recent announcement from Xbox has revealed that some Game Pass games are going to be coming to Nvidia’s GeForce Now. This is great news for anyone hoping to play Starfield via GeForce Now, but by no means take it as confirmation that it’s going to definitely going to happen.
Starfield is scheduled for a release later this year, so we’re going to know a little bit more closer to this date.
