Three groups of players will be able to benefit from the $245 million that Epic Games will return to users through the Federal Trade Commission. The conditions under which these player groups can receive refunds are clearly laid out in the official statement.
Here are the accounts that can receive refunds for Fortnite accounts:
Parents whose children made purchases with their credit cards between January 2017 and November 2018. Although the credit card holder is currently required to verify their identity, this firewall was absent in the first year of the game.

The second group that can request a refund from Fortnite are users whose accounts were suspended between January 2017 and September 2022 and who had problems with unauthorized payments with their credit card companies.
