When does EA Sports FC 24 early access start and how to play the game early

One of the many changes coming to EA’s new football game is the expanded EA Sports FC 24 early access period! The week-long early access is over double the usual three days seen across EA’s sports titles, and there is also exclusive access to an Ultimate Team mode promo too. This will be the first event that includes male and female players, so you won’t want to miss it.

When does the EA Sports FC 24 early access start?

The EA Sports FC 24 early access period will be one week long, starting on September 22. This is one week earlier than the official release date for the game, coming on September 29 to PlayStation, Xbox, PC, and Nintendo Switch.

We are used to seeing the early access period for FIFA titles go live three days in advance of the full release of the game, so the extended period will please many fans. Early access is available for players who pre-order the Ultimate Edition of the game, as well as those who have an EA Play subscription.

There are loads of perks you get for pre-ordering the Ultimate Edition of the game, including FC Points, but the main draw is up to seven days of early access. So, if you want to get on EA Sports FC 24 as soon as possible, make sure that is the version you opt for.

As mentioned above, players who qualify for early access will receive exclusive access to a brand-new Nike campaign in FC 24. Other bonuses include a Nike kit, Nike Ultimate Team campaign loan player item, cover star loan player item, hire a 5-star coach in Manager Career, unlocked PlayStyles slot in FC Clubs, and additional player personality points.

When is the EA Play trial?

EA Play is EA’s gaming subscription service. The service allows members to trial and download games for a fixed monthly cost with no extra charge. EA Play members also receive in-game benefits and rewards.

You could gain a 10-hour trial during early access to FIFA games in the past as an EA Play member, and that will continue for EA Sports FC 24. The 10-hour trial will become available at the same time as early access opens, on September 22.

As well as early access, EA Play subscribers will gain in-game extras including monthly Ultimate Team Draft Tokens, seasonal Club rewards, and seasonal VOLTA apparel and coins, and a 10% discount when pre-ordering EA Sports FC 24 and when purchasing point packs.
