Diablo 4 World Bosses list

In the late game, taking on the Diablo 4 World Bosses will be high up on the to-do list of any player. These imposing enemies offer some of the biggest challenges available in Diablo 4 right now, but also some of the best rewards for those who can best them.

What are World Bosses in Diablo 4?

World Bosses in Diablo 4 are powerful enemies which you can take on alongside other players. When fighting a World Boss, you and anyone in your party will be matched into a group of 12. This group of 12 will then enter an instanced area where you’ll have to work together to take down the World Boss. These bosses range in difficulty, and while they can be incredibly tough to beat, it’s worth your while as you can get your hands on some rare and powerful loot.

You’re going to have to wait to fight them this time around. World Bosses are only available to take on once you’ve beaten the main campaign. Once this happens, you’ll receive notifications about world bosses around 15 minutes before they spawn, giving you the chance to hightail it over and take them on.

Currently, there are three World Bosses that you can take on in Diablo 4. These are:

Ashava, the Pestilent

Ashava, the Pestilent is a large dragon which can be found in The Crucible, a large empty area in the far east of the Fractured Peaks region.

Avarice, the Gold Cursed

Avarice, the Gold Cursed is a demon wielding a large, spiked mallet and a chest of gold. Avarice can be found in the northeast of the Kehjistan region, in a location called the Seared Basin. 

Wandering Death

Wandering Death is perhaps the most challenging of the three current World Bosses. It takes the form of a giant skeleton, and can deal some hefty damage if you aren’t careful. Wandering Death can spawn in two locations. These are Saraan Caldera in the southeast of the Dry Steppes, and the Fields of Desecration in the far southwest of Hawezar.
