The campaign quest casts a rather large net in the area, which makes tracking down the character a little tricky. From where you first meet Lorath and Neyrelle in the Dark Dross, head east towards the zone traced by a yellow line. Taissa would have sent them. The area is teeming with Nangari Oracle, Nangari Longfang, and Nangari Spitter enemies. Be prepared to either outrun these serpents or take them down with your summoned allies or companions. A Storm Druid is particularly adept at facing them. Make your way to the southeastern corner down towards a dead end on the map. This is where you’ll find Timue’s Hovel, a shack nestled in the swampy wilderness. Head inside to find Timue in Diablo 4 Season 1.

Enter Timue’s Hovel to progress in the quest. Ask them about Elias and they’ll reluctantly reveal that you’ll need to reach the Tree of Whispers via the path in Yngovani. This is to break Elias’ immortality. You’ll need to track down a sacred incense at the temple there to reach the tree.

Talking with Timue completes the Tainted Flesh quest and starts the Wrack & Ruin campaign quest, which will take you to Yngovani to search for the incense mentioned above. It’ll task you with finding the left eye and right eye of an engraved stone door to enter a temple. The first part of the quest is finding the town of Yngovani.
